Complimentary Infrared thermal imaging with every inspection
Infrared inspections are included with all Pre-Purchase Inspections and Pre-Listing Inspections. Using advanced thermal imaging technology, your inspector can search for abnormalities in temperature to assist them with detecting possible insulation and/or moisture concerns that are otherwise unable to be seen by the naked eye. Infrared technology is a non-invasive technology and is simply one of the most effective ways to help detect energy waste or air and moisture leakage. This can potentially save you—the client—plenty of time, stress and money over the long-term.
